Property Protection System
Protecting your property is important. Central Services has taken additional precautions to be sure that your lawn, shrubbery, carpeting, flooring, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. Any damaged property, caused by Central Services, will be replaced or repaired.
Carpet Protection
When our technicians enter your home, they will wear carpet protectors over their work boots. These carpet protectors will keep dirt, mud and other contaminants from damaging your carpeting and/or hardwood floors.
Drop Cloths
When a major repair or replacement is necessary it is important that high traffic and work areas are protected. The use of hall runners and drop cloths will give your home the increased protection it deserves.
White Glove Thermostat Installation
There are many wonderful new programmable thermostats available. We want your new thermostat to become part of your home décor. While installing your new thermostat our technician will wear white gloves. Image a new thermostat with no dirty finger prints on your wall.
Debris Removal
Dangerous pieces of metal and debris are created in the work area when a technician performs repairs or replaces a major component of your system. When the repairs or installation has been completed, our technicians will vacuum, sweep and thoroughly check the work area.
Lawn & Garden Care
Your lawn, shrubbery and gardens are very fragile and can be damaged easily. Our technicians will use designated walkways whenever possible. When working near flowers or shrubs we will exercise caution. Our technicians are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products. Therefore, you will never find cigarette butts left on your property.
